A Few "Trick" Photos
Jennifer Bruner- Horse Training Program

Jennifer aims for the same goals with every horse she works with. She wants a calm, quiet horse, who is always easy to work with. From square one the horse must learn it's ground manners. How to lead, tie, groom, load into a trailer, pick up it's feet and simply to just stand still. Many horses miss this early part of their training and if it isn't the base of your training the horse's knowledge isn't going to be solid. We try to avoid loop holes in the horses training by not taking short cuts.

Having strong beliefs that horses should be allowed to move freely and taught to carry themselves rather than forced into a head set. There are no gadgets used in the training program, we avoid using tie downs, martingales, or running reins.

Jennifer specializes in dressage training but has also trained in hunter jumper, and western disciplines. In the winter 2008-2009 Jennifer traveled to Illinois to train with Tommie Turvey, she has developed a special love of trick training as well which she is carefully adding to her horses' repertoire.
